You can reach us by email at kontakt@by-nov.com. When you write to us, we process your details (name, email address and the content of your message) to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR. Our mailbox is operated via Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited); Microsoft processes the email data on our behalf. We store your message until your request has been finally handled, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Recipients of the data
We only pass on personal data to service providers who support us in our operations, in particular our hosting provider IONOS SE (Germany) and – for our email communication – Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited). Data is not passed on for advertising purposes.
